It was a memorable day for Atkin Kaua as he bagged his first international goal on Friday. It has been a rapid rise for the 21 year old who WAS the top scorer for Marist FC last season (2016-2017) and again has displayed an exceptional performance on Friday scoring the opening goal for Solomon Islands against Papua New Guinea.

The promising young star bursting with confidence and flair has just emerged above the horizon, he’s one of Solomon Islands next generation of attacking midfields.
Solomon Islands will face Papua New Guinea tomorrow in the final group match of FIFA World Qualifiers- OFC Stage 3, 5pm local time (6pm Solomon Time). Papua New Guinea need a victory of five goals to progress to the final, while Solomon Islands will only need a point to see them through.
